Biography Dolors Carabaca
Born in Terrassa one September 15, 1969, went through different studies and different sectors before discovering his passion and current profession.
Her curiosity about the world of wine led in 2005 to the school of enology and viticulture Mercè Rosell and Domendech where she studied enology and processor technician alcoholic beverages, to vintage, inspections of vines ( INCAVI ), brewing, wine, distillates, lab ( Cavas Perelada Castle , etc.).
Having a passion for all that is developing, along with their curious nature, has traveled to Spain ( Jerez, Montilla , Aragon, Catalonia, among others) , Europe ( Portugal, France, especially Burgundy, etc.) trying to learn everything I could elaborations .
After this period returns to Barcelona and started working in specialized stores (Sete cel, vinus toast , la carte des vins), she makes a service restoration workshop in the Manresa Joviat (hotel school) and parallel are two-year courses sommelier at CETT
