The last thursday May 16th, we were with the celler Jean León (http://jeanleon.com/) on Guana Restaurant (Laforja 60) (http://www.guanabcn.com/) for the tasting-pairing, where we could enjoy of this dinner:
- WELCOME: Jean Leon 3055 Rosé
- STARTER: Vichyssoise (leek warm cream). 3055 Chardonnay
- FIRST: Season sauteed mushrooms with folie poile. "Vinya Gigi" Chardonnay
- SECOND: Boneless Oxtail with mashed potatoes. Jean Leon "Vinya La Scala" Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 1994
- DESSERTS: homemade Catalan cream Floralis of Celler Torres
In addition of this spectacular food, our participants got a gift bottle of 3055 Jean León wine and also they participated in a draw for a lot of products of the celler.
