Their 2 Tancas Binifadet Negre is a red wine blend of Merlot from the winery's Old Vines and Syrah. It ferments in stainless steel tanks and then ages in French oak barrels for 12 months. After an additional half-year of bottle aging, it is released to the market offering all its complexity and varietal expression.
