Eidosela Herencia is a white wine from the D.O. R\u00edas Baixas produced by Bodegas Eidosela from 100% Albari\u00f1o sourced from old vines in the Condado do Tea subzone. After a manual harvest, the wine ferments for six months in new 500-liter French oak barrels and stays another six months on its fine lees in the same barrels, achieving a total aging of twelve months. On the nose, it offers aromas of stone fruit accompanied by elegant notes of pastry and bakery typical of lees aging.
