El Cel is a red wine from the D.O. Priorat produced by Merum Priorati from a selection of Garnacha Tinta, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cari\u00f1ena, and Syrah sourced from the highest vineyards of the estate in Porrera. After hand harvesting and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a 30-day maceration, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and an 18-month aging in new French oak barrels, followed by a long evolution in bottle before commercialization. On the nose, there are aromas of ripe blueberries and other dark fruits, accompanied by notes of pastry, toasting, chocolate, truffle, and black licorice.
