Doix is a red wine from the D.O. Priorat produced by Mas Doix from a blend of Cari\u00f1ena and Garnacha sourced from old vines between 80 and over 100 years old, cultivated on the llicorella slopes of Poboleda. After a manual harvest and a rigorous selection of the grapes, each plot ferments separately with native yeasts and the wine undergoes 16 months of aging in new French oak barrels with extra-fine grain, preserving the full personality of the terroir. On the nose, black and ripe red fruit aromas, spices, thyme, graphite, and delicate notes of cedar and tobacco stand out.
