Troballa Amphora Negre is a single-variety red wine made with Garnacha Tinta from the estate’s own vineyards, cultivated under the organic seal of the Mas Blanch i Jové winery, in the Costers del Segre Denomination of Origin. It belongs to the winery’s “Troballa” range of wines, where they experiment with different types of aging, in this case with clay amphoras. The wine ferments with indigenous yeasts before aging in amphoras and also in stainless steel tanks.
