HOW TO ORDER

The purchase procedure is carried out completely electronically through the website. No other types of requests are accepted.

The user must only select the product they wish to purchase and press the “add to cart” button.

In order to start the purchase, you must fill in a form with a series of data to carry out the registration and a posteriori, the control, billing and shipment of the orders.

PAYMENT METHODS

IDYLLICA offers different forms of payment so you can choose the one that interests you the most:

1.- Card payment

Secure payment through BBVA payment gateway. This is the maximum security system for credit card purchases.

2.- Payment with PayPal

If you have a PayPal account you can pay quickly with all the advantages and security that PayPal offers you.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS AND SHIPPING COSTS

The delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the user.

Orders are received between 48 and 72 hours after purchase.

Orders paid before 4:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. No shipments are made on Fridays to prevent the goods from being at the carrier’s facilities all weekend.

If you are not at home at the time they come to bring you the order, the delivery company makes a second attempt if on this occasion they do not locate you either, they will leave a notice for you to pick it up within a period of fifteen days at the nearest Office .

If you do not accept our suggestions or the user does not want to wait, we will cancel your order in relation to the products that we cannot supply and we will refund any sum of money that we have paid for such products. The return of these sums of money will be the limit of our responsibility towards the user in the event that it is impossible for us to supply the requested products.

IDYLLICA does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the provider’s control, such as the absence of the recipient. . SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping service costs are not indicated or included in the price of the products. Shipping costs are borne by the user/customer and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. RETURN POLICY

At IDYLLICA we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not or you made a mistake placing the order, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met:

  • That you notify us that you want to return the product as long as no more than 14 calendar days have elapsed since receipt of the order.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, it must not have been used or opened and must keep the original packaging and, if it has accessories and instruction books.
  • The amounts paid for the item(s) will be refunded, excluding the initial shipping cost if the customer had paid shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. In no case will we accept returns sent postage due.

IDYLLICA is not responsible for possible damages in the transport that is contracted to make the return shipment. If the product arrives damaged by the carrier, we will notify you within 24 hours. so that you can proceed with the claims you deem appropriate.

Cases in which the return of the product is not accepted

Products that once opened, tested and/or used can no longer be sold as new will not be returned unless they are damaged by shipping or have arrived that way.

Sealed items that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery will not be returned.

Loose accessories that complement other main base products will not be accepted.

Products that are not in perfect condition, and preferably in their original packaging, will not be returned. It must also have all its accessories and instruction books.

Returns of devices that have been improperly used, manipulated or that do not have all the parts, accessories and manuals are not accepted.

Once the request to exercise the right of withdrawal has been received, we will proceed to refund the economic amount paid within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the time of receipt of the withdrawal and, if possible, through the means as the client would have paid or in his default by bank transfer.

Steps to follow to request a refund

The return process will be carried out as soon as possible within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we were notified of the intention to withdraw.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Procedure for changes

If everything is correct, the change will be made: if there is any amount to be paid, we will send you the invoice and once the payment has been made, we will send you the item; If there is any amount to be paid by IDYLLICA, we will send you the item and we will refund said amount by bank transfer to your account or a discount voucher that you can redeem on your next purchase.

Shipping costs: in orders with non-free shipping costs, the amount of the shipping costs are borne by the customer. In orders with free shipping costs, IDYLLICA shipments to the customer are free of charge, but the customer has to send the product to IDYLLICA at his own expense.

IDYLLICA is not responsible for possible damages in the transport that the client contracts to make the return. If the product arrives damaged by the carrier, we will notify you within 24 hours. so that you can proceed with the claims you deem appropriate.

RETURNS IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT

In case of receiving a defective or broken product or if we have made a mistake in processing your order, we will replace it with a new one in correct condition.

To do this, photograph the product so that we can see the damage caused by transport and/or damage to the product.

Transport damage

The carriers give a period of 24 hours to claim in the event that the shipments arrive with any damage or deterioration derived from transport.

It is essential that when you receive the merchandise you check it at the moment and in case you find any damage you notify us in less than 24 hours, after this time it is very difficult for the transport company to accept our claim, although at IDYLLICA we will always try to give you the best solution that is in our hands.
