Ontañón is a family winery with several generations behind the viticulture and production of quality wines. Located in the capital of the Rioja community, they produce both traditional-style wines and others in line with new market trends, all adhering to the highest quality standards in all their brands. Ontañón Antología is made with a meticulous selection of varieties from 10 high-altitude vineyards in Rioja Oriental. Manual harvest and separate fermentation of the must from Tempranillo (75%), Graciano (15%), and Garnacha Tinta (10%) in stainless steel tanks. After its “coupage”, it enters American oak barrels for its malolactic fermentation and ages in French oak for one year before bottle refinement.
