Eudama Colección Sentidos I is a line of white and red wines produced in two Castilian wine regions (Rueda and Ribera del Duero), backed by EfremVinum. Eudama Crianza is the flagship wine of the project, made 100% from Tempranillo grapes from vineyards averaging 40 years old at over 800 meters altitude. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, it then ages in barrels for 12 months and refines in the bottle for another year before being released to the market.
