Virolet is a white wine from the D.O. Penedès made from 100% Xarel·lo sourced from a vineyard with poor, calcareous, and sandy-loam soils, cultivated under the principles of organic viticulture. After hand-harvesting, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and remains for five months on its own lees, adding greater volume, balance, and complexity. On the nose, aromas of white fruit and citrus stand out, accompanied by delicate floral and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, broad, and balanced, with well-integrated acidity, creamy texture, and a long, elegant finish that expresses the identity of Xarel·lo and the landscape of Penedès.
