Alta Alella is located right in the heart of the Natural Park of the Serralada de Marina, in the Catalan region of Maresme. On a Mediterranean balcony and close to Barcelona, you will find the Noucentista estate of Can Genís, a dream come true by the Pujol-Busquets Guillén family. A family rooted in viticulture, Josep Maria and Cristina have fully dedicated themselves to wine and sparkling wines. Today, they have successfully passed the torch to their two daughters, Mireia and Georgina. All their products enter the market with organic farming certification, creating an ecosystem in harmony with the native flora and fauna. Bruant is a Brut Nature sparkling wine made using the ancestral method, without added sulfites, and is 100% organically grown Pansa Blanca grapes (synonymous with Xarel·lo from Penedès adapted to the DO Alella). It completes its fermentation in the same bottle that is sold, with no additives, and spends between 15 and 24 months on the lees and aging on the rack. The vines are planted in Sauló soil (sandy loam).
