Valdamor is a white wine made from 100% Albariño, sourced from the DO Rías Baixas in the O Rosal subzone, where the Atlantic climate and the influence of the sea contribute freshness and a saline character to the grape. Harvesting occurs at the optimal ripeness, followed by a cold production process to preserve the aromatic expression. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and the wine then rests for approximately 6 months on its fine lees, adding volume and complexity without losing freshness. The result is a fresh, elegant, and very expressive white wine, with aromas of white fruit, citrus, and floral notes, and a balanced, mineral, and slightly saline palate.
