Dits del Terra is a red wine from the D.O. Priorat produced by Terroir al Límit from 100% Cariñena sourced from vineyards over 60 years old located in Torroja del Priorat, on slate soils. The harvest is done by hand and fermentation takes place with whole clusters in cement tanks for 7 to 10 days. Subsequently, the wine undergoes 8 months of aging in cement tanks, preserving the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir. On the nose, aromas of black fruit, Mediterranean herbs, anise, fennel, and delicate notes of rose stand out, accompanied by subtle balsamic hints. On the palate, it is elegant, fluid, and silky, with marked freshness, great complexity, and a long finish that reflects the more refined personality of the Cariñena from Priorat.
