Viña Muriel Solariego is a red wine from the D.O.Ca. Rioja made by Bodegas Muriel from 100% Tempranillo sourced from a vineyard in Elciego converting to organic farming. After a careful vinification aimed at preserving the expression of the vineyard, the wine undergoes 14 months of aging in French oak barrels, followed by a bottle aging period to gain complexity and harmony. On the nose, ripe black fruit aromas, sweet spices, and elegant toasty notes stand out. On the palate, it is broad, balanced, and silky, with fine tannins, excellent freshness, and a long, persistent finish that reflects the classic and refined character of great Rioja wines.
