Behind Cava Jovani are three siblings, Robert, Sergi, and Montsa Jovani, who inherit their passion for wine and vineyards from their father, taking over the company since 1999 in the heart of Penedès. They cultivate 12 hectares of their own vineyard of white grapes, Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada, to make their sparkling wines, under organic certification in the subzone of Valls d’Anoia-Foix within the Comtats de Barcelona of the DO Cava. The cava Amor Rosé is made as a Brut from Garnacha Tinta and the usual cava blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada. It has a minimum aging of 18 months up to 27 months.
