Blanc de Millésimé is a cava largely made as a “Blanc de Noir,” vinifying Garnacha Tinta (65%) as a white wine without skin contact. Complemented with Xarel·lo and Macabeo, all the varieties are organically grown on the estate at Castelo Pedregosa Winery. The Blanc Millésimé is a reserve cava with a minimum of 20 months of aging in the bottle and a subsequent disgorging performed as Brut Nature. Castelo Pedregosa is a family winery located in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia (DO Cava – Comtats de Barcelona).
