B.R.O.T. Negre Inicial is a red wine from the D.O. Penedès made by the Col·lectiu Biodinàmic B.R.O.T. from organic and biodynamic vineyards located in different plots of the Alt Penedès. It is made with a blend of Tempranillo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir, vinified through spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and minimal intervention techniques to preserve the vineyard’s expression. The result is a fresh, light, and balanced red, with notes of ripe red and black fruit, delicate spicy touches, and a marked Mediterranean character, highlighted by its fine tannins, good acidity, and great ease of enjoyment.
