Binifadet is a Menorcan winery located in the town of Sant Lluís, in the south of the island. Their Binifadet Negre is a red wine blend of Merlot and Syrah from vines planted on calcareous soils. It ferments in stainless steel tanks and then ages in French oak barrels for 6 months. After an additional half-year of bottle aging, it is released to the market offering all its complexity and varietal expression.
