Boca de Canó Negre is a red wine from the D.O. Empordà produced by Vins Extrems with a blend of Garnacha Negra, Monastrell, and Syrah. Coming from Mediterranean vineyards close to the sea, it expresses the personality of the area with a fresh, intense profile marked by the saline influence of the territory. In its production, the aim is to preserve the fruit and varietal character, resulting in a balanced and gastronomic red, with aromas of ripe red and black fruits, spicy notes, herbal hints, and a mineral background. On the palate, it is wide, fresh, and elegant, with soft tannins and a long finish with Mediterranean character.
