Fermented in oak foudre to preserve the expression of the variety, it offers a fresh, light, and elegant profile. The nose highlights aromas of red fruits like strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle spicy and herbal notes. On the palate, it is fine, balanced, and very fresh, with vibrant acidity and a delicate finish that reflects the authentic character of the Trepat.
