Mas del Habanero is our flagship wine, proudly bearing the name of our estate. It represents the perfect blend and the living expression of the different terraces and vineyard orientations. The influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the unique hornfel slate soil provide the wine with an optimal and balanced acidity.
This natural, low-intervention wine combines Grenache Noir as the dominant variety with a touch of Carignan, achieving a unique balance. Its aging process, lasting 18 months in 500-liter French oak barrels and amphorae, grants it exceptional depth and character.
On the nose, it reveals intense, fresh, and complex aromas, evoking tobacco leaf, plum, and pepper. On the palate, it is clean, smooth, and intense, making it a versatile companion for a wide variety of dishes.
