Sindicat Agrícola del Priorat is a red wine from the D.O. Priorat produced by Torre del Veguer from a blend of 80% Garnacha and 20% Syrah. The vinification aims to express the fruit and mineral character of Priorat, with an aging of 11 months in used French oak barrels of 500 liters, ovoid ceramic containers, and stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and identity of the terroir. On the nose, the aromas of red fruit, Mediterranean herbs, licorice, and delicate floral notes stand out, with an elegant balsamic and mineral background. On the palate, it is juicy, balanced, and silky, with good acidity, fine tannins, and a long finish that reflects the fresher and more elegant personality of Priorat.
