Troballa Arrels Negre is a single-variety red wine made with Garnacha Tinta from the estate’s own vineyards, cultivated under the organic seal of the Mas Blanch i Jové winery, in the Costers del Segre Denomination of Origin. It belongs to the winery’s “Troballa” range of wines, where they experiment with different types of production and aging, in this case without added sulfites, of minimal intervention or natural. The wine ferments with indigenous yeasts before being bottled after 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
