Acústic Celler is the personal project of Albert Jané (Celler Jané i Ventura, Penedès). He decided to embark on new paths and explore other territories in search of wines with personality and rooted in the land…, initially within the DO Montsant, he found old, bush-trained vines with great potential. Garnachas and Cariñenas form the foundation of his wines at Acústic Celler. His rosé is made from Garnacha Negra, Garnacha Gris, and Cariñena, using saignée must, fermented separately – 20% in oak for each variety -, the rest in stainless steel tanks and then aged on its fine lees before bottling.
