Binifadet is a Menorcan winery located in the town of Sant Lluís, in the south of the island. Their Binifadet Rosat is a rosé blend of Merlot and Syrah, planted in calcareous soils. It ferments in stainless steel tanks and part of it ages in French oak barrels. Aged on its lees for about 4 months. After a few months of bottle aging, it is released to the market retaining all its freshness and varietal expression.
