M.I. Rosat. This is the acronym for “Minimal Intervention” referring to the production of a wine without adding sulfites during the winemaking process or during viticulture, without any type of additive and unfiltered. In this case, it is a rosé single-varietal wine made from Garnacha Tinta grapes, grown on the estate with organic farming and fermented with indigenous yeasts. Castelo Pedregosa is a family winery located in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia (DO Cava – Comtats de Barcelona).
