Lineo is part of the extensive portfolio offered by the winery Castelo de Pedregosa, in Sant Sadurní, within the Denomination of Origin Penedès. In this case, it is a white wine made mainly from Xarel·lo and a small part of Chardonnay, from vineyards on the estate all planted in certified organic cultivation. The fermentation is carried out separately, and the “coupage” is then done in stainless steel tanks along with its lees for a few months before the final bottling.
