B.R.O.T Pet Nat
B.R.O.T. Pet Nat is an ancestral sparkling wine made by the Col·lectiu Biodinàmic B.R.O.T. from organic and biodynamic grapes of Macabeo and Riesling. Made using the ancestral method, the wine is bottled before fermentation is complete so that the bubbles form naturally in the bottle, with no disgorgement and minimal intervention. The result is a fresh, vibrant, and crisp sparkling wine, with aromas of white fruit, apricot, herbal notes, and subtle anise nuances. On the palate, it stands out for its fine bubbles, pronounced freshness, and a clean, very refreshing finish.
