Boca de Canó Blanc
Boca de Canó Blanc is a white wine from the D.O. Empordà made by Vins Extrems with a blend of Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo from vineyards located near the sea, in the Garriguella area. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it undergoes aging on fine lees that adds greater volume and complexity to the wine. The result is a fresh and balanced white, with aromas of白fruit, citrus, and Mediterranean notes, accompanied by a slight mineral and saline sensation characteristic of its origin. On the palate, it is broad, elegant, and well-structured, combining freshness and creaminess in a clean and persistent finish.
