Lineo is part of the extensive portfolio offered by the Castelo de Pedregosa winery, in Sant Sadurní, within the Penedès Denomination of Origin. In this case, it is a white wine made mainly with Xarel·lo and a small amount of Chardonnay, from estate-owned vineyards, all planted in certified organic farming. Fermentation is carried out separately, and then the “coupage” is done in stainless steel tanks along with its lees for a few months before the final bottling.
