Binifadet is a Menorcan winery located in the town of Sant Lluís, in the south of the island. The Tanca 12 Blanc is a single-varietal Chardonnay planted in calcareous soils. Its name refers to the plot number (12th). It ferments in French oak barrels and then continues aging on its fine lees for 9 months in the same barrels. After half a year of bottle aging, it is released to the market offering all its complexity and varietal expression.
