Via Edetana Blanc is a white wine from the D.O. Terra Alta produced by Edetària from 100% Garnacha Blanca sourced from old vineyards over 40 years old, cultivated in unique soils of panal and tapàs. Each plot ferments separately to preserve the wealth of nuances, and after blending, half of the wine undergoes four months of aging in French oak barrels, while the other half remains on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks, achieving a perfect balance between freshness and complexity. On the nose, floral aromas of almond blossom and anise notes stand out, accompanied by white fruit like pear and a marked mineral character. On the palate, it is broad, creamy, and fresh, with well-integrated acidity, elegant minerality, and a long saline finish that faithfully expresses the character of Garnacha Blanca from Terra Alta.
