Torelló Brut Nature comes from Can Martí, the Torelló family’s estate in Gelida, in the Alt Penedès. This Corpinnat sparkling wine draws on the region’s traditional macabeo, xarel·lo and parellada grapes. Each variety is selected and gently pressed separately before blending and secondary fermentation in bottle. Time on the lees brings delicate pastry notes and a creamy texture alongside white-fruit character, floral hints and freshness. No sugar is added at disgorgement, giving the wine its distinctly dry Brut Nature profile. Enjoy it with seafood, fish, light rice dishes or as a sophisticated aperitif.
