The winery, Clos i Terrasses, has been led by Swiss winemaker Daphne Glorian from the beginning, focusing on the Gratallops garnacha. Clos Erasmus is predominantly made from Garnacha Tinta and a portion of Syrah, fermented in open vats and aged in oak barrels and 700-liter amphorae, with an annual limited production of around 3000 to 3500 bottles.
