Marqués de Griñón Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine from the D.O. Dominio de Valdepusa produced by Marqués de Griñón from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the clay-limestone soils of the Dominio de Valdepusa estate in Malpica de Tajo (Toledo). Considered the first Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard planted in Castilla-La Mancha, this wine reflects the pioneering character of Carlos Falcó and the uniqueness of this historic estate. After careful production, it undergoes 12 months of aging in Allier French oak barrels, adding complexity and elegance. On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruits, cassis, spices, cedar, and delicate toasted notes stand out. On the palate, it is broad, structured, and silky, with fine tannins, excellent balance, and a long, persistent finish that expresses the personality of Dominio de Valdepusa.
