Marqués de Griñón Syrah is a red wine from the D.O. Dominio de Valdepusa produced by Marqués de Griñón from 100% Syrah sourced from the pioneering vineyard of this variety in Spain, planted between 1991 and 1992 in Dominio de Valdepusa, in Malpica de Tajo (Toledo). After careful crafting, the wine undergoes 12 months of aging in Allier French oak barrels, which adds complexity and elegance without masking the varietal expression. The nose highlights aromas of ripe dark fruit, violets, spices, and delicate smoky notes. On the palate, it is silky, broad, and balanced, with mature tannins, soft acidity, and a long, persistent finish that reflects the unique character of this historic Syrah vineyard.
