D’Esclans was the Whispering Angel, a primary blend of Grenache and Cinsault with a lower percentage of Rolle, made in stainless steel tanks and aged on its lees for about 4/5 months. It has characteristic aromas of forest fruits, red flowers with citrus notes and Mediterranean forest aromas.
