Attis Lías Finas is a white wine from the D.O. Rías Baixas, produced by Attis Bodega and Vineyards from 100% Albariño sourced from a careful selection of plots over 50 years old located in the Val do Salnés subzone. After a manual harvest and meticulous grape selection, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and ages for six months on its fine lees in deposit and oak fudre, with batonnage, adding greater complexity and volume. The nose features aromas of ripe white fruit, such as apricot and peach, along with delicate floral notes, mineral hints, and an elegant saline character influenced by the Atlantic. On the palate, it is flavorful, intense, and harmonious, with perfectly integrated acidity, a enveloping texture, and a long and persistent finish that reflects the personality of Albariño and its excellent aging potential.
