B.R.O.T. Blanc Inicial is a white wine from the D.O. Penedès produced by the Col·lectiu Biodinàmic B.R.O.T. using organically grown grapes from different plots in the Alt Penedès. Made with a blend of Xarel·lo and Riesling (depending on the vintage), it is vinified through spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, following a minimal intervention philosophy to preserve the vineyard’s expression. The result is a fresh, vibrant, and balanced white, with notes of ripe citrus, exotic fruit, Mediterranean herbs, and subtle floral hints, notable for its good acidity, marked minerality, and a long, saline finish.
