Clot dels Oms Flor is a white wine from the D.O. Penedès produced by Ca N’Estella from 100% Xarel·lo sourced from the Clot dels Oms estate. Made exclusively with must from the first pressing, it undergoes eight months of aging in new French and Hungarian oak barrels, bringing complexity and elegance without losing varietal expression. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit and nuts stand out, accompanied by delicate toasted and spicy notes from the wood. On the palate, it is broad, creamy, and balanced, with good structure, well-integrated acidity, and a long, persistent finish that reflects the potential of Xarel·lo for aged wines.
