Mas Blanch i Jové is primarily an agricultural enterprise focused on producing quality wines, cultivating 17 hectares of mountain vineyard -700m altitude-, in the subzone of Les Garrigues, with respectful farming and organic certification since 2015. Additionally, their commitment and passion for the visual arts led them to realize a dream that began with the avant-garde painter Josep Guinovart and continues with Carles Santos, Joan Brossa, Susana Solano, and Frederic Amat, blending vineyards, olive trees, and unique art pieces. Their main range of wines is called “Saó”: maturity, perfection… Saó Blanc is a wine with 80% Macabeo and the rest White Grenache, fermented in French oak barrels and subsequently aged for 6 months in the same barrels before bottling.
