| As every year, in October, we invite you to our Tenth Annual Idyllica Fair, an annual event designed for both professionals in the restaurant industry and wine lovers in general. In this, the tenth edition, we will have more wineries invited than ever before! We will have the presence of wineries from various Catalan designations of origin, wine regions of the rest of the country and international. Along with the tasting of these excellent wines, you will also be able to savor exclusive gourmet products, share experiences and enrich your knowledge with suggestions and advice from wine enthusiasts. TERROIR TASTING NUMANTHIA 2018….: FROM PLOT TO BOTTLE
| On this occasion, we propose a very different and original tasting. The Terroir Tasting, of a wine like Numanthia 2018, through the analysis of 4 parcel wines, the most prized, from centenary and pre-phylloxera vines, outstanding among a hundred. We will separately destem and analyze and, at the end, we will taste the final wine in an exceptional vintage. We will taste 4 wines from the 4 best plots and at the end, the new vintage of the winery. Day: Thursday, October 26th Time: 20h (1.5 hours approx.)
