This single-varietal Cariñena wine is made exclusively from vines planted in 1978 on the two lowest-altitude terraces of our estate, characterized by a unique calco-schist slate soil.

The harvest is done by hand, carefully selecting the grapes, which are then destemmed before being placed in new French oak barrels of 500 liters for fermentation. After pressing, the wine ages for 24 months in the same barrels, allowing the integration of the oak from the start to enhance the unique qualities of the calco-schist soil.

On the palate, it is clean and complex, with flavors reminiscent of ripe cherries, dark chocolate, and spices. This Cariñena stands out for its delicate tannins, its generous and balanced concentration, and its silky texture, qualities that will surprise even the most discerning tasters.
