Tomás Postigo 3rd Year is a red wine from the D.O. Ribera del Duero produced by Bodegas Tomás Postigo from a blend of Tinto Fino, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec sourced from vineyards located between 750 and 1,010 meters in altitude. After a manual harvest with grape selection and a gravity vinification to preserve the quality of the fruit, the wine undergoes 12 months of aging in French oak barrels of 225 liters from different forests. On the nose, ripe dark fruit aromas, spices, and elegant toasted notes stand out. On the palate, it is broad, structured, and balanced, with silky tannins, excellent freshness, and a long, persistent finish that reflects the character and complexity of the great wines of Ribera del Duero.
