Valtravieso Finca La Atalaya is a red wine from the D.O. Ribera del Duero produced by Bodegas y Viñedos Valtravieso from a blend dominated by Tinto Fino, complemented with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot depending on the vintage. Originating from a unique estate, the wine undergoes approximately 15 months of aging in French and American oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 12 months of bottle refinement before being released to the market. On the nose, it stands out for the intensity of its aromas of ripe black fruit, spices, and subtle balsamic and toasted notes. On the palate, it is broad, elegant, and structured, with fine tannins, excellent balance, and a long and persistent finish that reflects the character of Valtravieso’s high-altitude terroir.
