Eidosela Herencia is a white wine from the D.O. Rías Baixas produced by Bodegas Eidosela from 100% Albariño sourced from old vines in the Condado do Tea subzone. After a manual harvest, the wine ferments for six months in new 500-liter French oak barrels and stays another six months on its fine lees in the same barrels, achieving a total aging of twelve months. On the nose, it offers aromas of stone fruit accompanied by elegant notes of pastry and bakery typical of lees aging. On the palate, it is broad, unctuous, and structured, with perfectly integrated acidity and a long, complex finish that reflects the aging potential of Albariño.
