Baigorri Crianza is a red wine from the D.O. Rioja produced by Bodegas Baigorri from Tempranillo, Garnacha, and a small proportion of native varieties sourced exclusively from vineyards in Rioja Alavesa. After a manual harvest and a rigorous selection grain by grain, the wine undergoes long macerations and intracellular fermentations with gravity extraction to preserve the full expression of the fruit. It then ages for 14 months in French and American oak barrels, achieving a perfect balance of freshness, concentration, and elegance. On the nose, ripe black fruit, compote fruit, spices, and delicate dairy notes stand out. On the palate, it is silky, fresh, and balanced, with fine tannins and a long finish that reflects the character of the Rioja Alavesa vineyards.
