Carmelo Rodero Crianza is a red wine from the D.O. Ribera del Duero made by Bodegas Rodero from Tinto Fino, complemented by small proportions of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Albillo, sourced from vineyards aged between 30 and 35 years, cultivated at an altitude of 837 to 862 meters. The harvest is done manually with selection in the field, and the vinification is carried out by gravity. Subsequently, the wine ages for 14 months in new French oak barrels of 225 liters, imparting complexity and elegance. On the nose, aromas of raspberry and blackberry stand out, accompanied by delicate notes of toasted bread and spices. On the palate, it is sweet, balanced, and silky, with sweet and well-integrated tannins and a long, persistent finish.
