Pazo Señorans is a white wine from the D.O. Rías Baixas made from 100% Albariño sourced from the Valle del Salnés. After a manual harvest and careful winemaking in stainless steel tanks, the wine rests for a minimum of four months on its fine lees, adding greater volume and complexity without losing its varietal freshness. The nose highlights aromas of white fruit and citrus, along with delicate floral notes and an elegant Atlantic character. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and broad, with perfectly integrated acidity, a silky texture, and a long, lingering finish that reflects the classic and refined style of the winery.
